Most corporate gifts are put in a drawer. Luggage is carried, and your logo travels with it. We build the set around your budget, print your logo, and deliver from our own warehouse in Kajang. Minimum 100 sets, ready in 4-6 weeks.

KIYO Living is a luggage business first. Corporate gifting is what we do with it: a case, a bag or a full set with your logo on every piece, chosen so that it is used rather than stored.
We design the sets, print the logo and hold the stock in our own warehouse in Pusat Perindustrian Sungai Chua, Kajang. Because the customisation and the despatch happen here, an order is ready 4-6 weeks after the artwork is approved.
Our sets have gone out to companies, koperasi, banks and universities across Malaysia.

Our warehouse is also the showroom. You can handle the pieces and look at the print finish before you commit a budget to them.

What is the minimum order for a corporate gift set?

How much does a set cost?
It depends on the pieces, the quantity and how the logo is applied, so a single figure would be misleading. Tell us your budget per head and we will build a set to it and quote against it.
How long does it take?
4-6 weeks from artwork approval. For an annual dinner or a festive deadline, work backwards from the date and talk to us early.
Can you put our logo on every piece?
Yes. We prepare a free design mockup for your approval before printing starts, so you see it before you pay.
Can we change what is in a set?
Yes. Each set is a starting point, not a fixed parcel: add, remove or swap any piece to match the occasion and the budget.
Do you deliver across Malaysia?
Yes, anywhere in Malaysia, and we can split a delivery across several offices.
Can you store the sets until our event?
Yes. We can hold finished sets in our Kajang warehouse and release them in batches.
Can we see samples before ordering?
Yes. Visit the warehouse in Kajang, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, and handle the pieces yourself.
